How do I create a Qup?
Tap the create button on the Events screen, then choose a type, add a title, date, time and location. Once created, you can invite people with a 6-character join code, a share link, or by searching for a user directly inside the Qup by username or email and sending them an invitation.
How do people join my Qup?
There are three ways: share the invite link (auto-accepted), share the 6-character join code, or go to the Qup's participants list and send a direct invitation to a specific user by their username or email address. Guests can also request to join via the share link — you approve or decline as the admin.
What is PRO and how much does it cost?
PRO Organizer is an optional subscription (€2.99/month) that unlocks up to 5 active PRO Qups with larger participant limits, polls, custom recurrence and analytics. You can also unlock a single PRO Qup as a one-time purchase.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account. Open the App Store, tap your profile, go to Subscriptions, select QuikUp and choose Cancel. Your PRO features stay active until the end of the current billing period.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Delete Account in the app, or visit quikup.app/delete-account. Deletion is confirmed with a 6-digit email code and permanently removes all of your data.
I forgot my password — what now?
On the login screen choose "Forgot password" and we'll email you a 6-digit code to set a new one. If you signed up with Google or Apple, use that same button to sign back in.
